Speaking of this – Yas Marina has now announced the launch of ‘Pick ‘n’ Mix’ – a new monthly event concept for residents and visitors of Abu Dhabi. The open alfresco event features weekend activities which are truly unique to Yas Marina and will allow visitors to break out of their comfort zones and usual weekend routines.
Starting Saturday October 15th from 3PM–7PM, #PickNMix Saturdays at Yas Marina will be a full day immersive experience combining dining, music, art, culture, lifestyle, fashion, sport, recreation and adventure. Guests will be allowed to PICK from the experiences on offer and MIX them to curate an itinerary for the day. Each month the event will take on a different theme and will see additional offers and elements added to the mix.
Activities and pop-ups will include: live music, lifestyle shops, garden games, watersports and workouts among other exciting activities.
To entice local foodies, ‘Pick ‘n’ Mix’ features attractive deals from Yas Marina’s licensed restaurants who will be offering selected menu items at discounted prices. Visitors can take a culinary cruise around Yas Marina sampling starters, mains, desserts and cocktails in different outlets for a fraction of the usual price. A 3 course meal from 3 outlets will cost AED 105 per person.

FOOD
Any starter, main-course, dessert, cocktails or hops from either of the restaurants on site will cost you AED30, AED40, AED35, AED35 and AED20 respectively. Upon entering Yas Marina, you will notice a stand that has several jars with candy and coupons on the same. ‘Pick’ and ‘Mix’ activities/dining spots of your choice!
ACTIVITIES
A 30 minutes’ activity (such as Kayaking or Sailing) costs AED60 and a 60 minutes activity (such as a Dhow Cruise) is priced at AED120.
The garden area has several bean bags that localities or tourists can use to relax. While adults are at it, kids can dance in the colored/lit dancing fountains with their swimwear or spray paint on a moderately big wall!
