‘Fit and Spa Lounge’ is located on the 34th floor of Pullman, Jumeirah Lake Towers. Parking is definitely not a hassle as this 5-star hotel offers free valet parking.

Fit and Spa boasts 3 signature treatments, 3 body treatments, over 10 traditional treatments and 9 facial treatments all done by well-trained, super polished and polite staff. They even have a steam and sauna room, 5 treatments rooms and separate relaxation areas for men and women respectively.

The treatment started with a Luxury Body Scrub highly-concentrated on green tea anti-oxidative to stimulate my natural skin activity by gentle exfoliation and the removal of dead cells, excess oils and residue. This made my skin look healthier and younger than how it already looks. Followed by the scrub, you are lead to a jacuzzi that overlooks the stunning Jumeirah Lake Towers and Dubai Marina! I only wished there was an option of making the water warmer.

A seaweed mask containing a warming blend of essential oils was then applied to my body before I was cocooned to relaxation in a warm wrap while the ingredients were working on melting my stress away, detoxifying and re-mineralizing my body. While you are impersonating a caterpillar you will alongsided receive a mini facial. The treatment is then completed with a de-stressing massage with lemongrass oil to detoxify the muscles, relieve symptoms of jetlag and headaches, speed up your lymphatic system in order to lower toxity levels, so on and so fourth!

Cost – AED699 for 190 minutes. You can even opt for a Couple Spa where the two beds are next to eachother! ❤

I even got to review Fit & Spa’s Signature Facial for a couple of minutes. The actual rate is AED420 for 60 minutes. By combining natural botanicals, vitamins, anti-oxidants and plant derived proteins, this facial nourished and revitalzied my skin. The therapist first cleansed my skin with a tiner and then used mandarin polishing beads that takes the role of a scrub to whisk away dead skins and tighten the pores. Due to my skin being in the ‘dry’ category in my T-Zone, a Neroli Hydrating mist was applied on my face. Already in a zone of my own I was then offered a gentle decollete face massage using a citrus ginger cream (loved the aroma)! The facial then concluded with a masque customized to the client’s skin type. All the products used are from June Jacobs.
