N’s 8 FAVOURITE BROWNIES IN DUBAI

A Brownie a day keeps the frownies away. But if your brownie ain’t any good… 👿

It’s no surprise that I run to any place that sells decadent desserts. The cakes and pastries at a bakery may good but to ace a brownie is definitely a challenge. I have set my kitchen twice to black fumes trying to ace the brownies the below bakeries have created #guilty

Please Note: Every brownie you purchase has to be heated for 10 seconds before indulging.

The best brownies according to me are moist, semi-soft and chewy enough to be fudgy! How can YOU judge a good fudgy brownie? Look at the centric potion of the brownie – if it has more of a cake texture and less of thick chocolate, it probably won’t be that great (see the below for a better understanding)
