Nissan has officially revealed the new 2020 Nissan Patrol recently, with additional features to enhance the user experience ever further! The new Patrol has now been upgraded even further with a sleek new design, enhanced luxury features and the latest advanced Nissan Intelligent Mobility technologies. The new model is said to represent ‘the peak of luxury and ultimate capability’ to its loyal customers in the Middle East and other parts of the world.
The added features for the new Patrol includes Nissan’s V-motion grille, interpreted in a new way for SUVs. It also includes new boomerang-shaped LED headlights and taillights at the rear and front, giving it an even more dominant, eye-catching design while cruising through the streets. The taillights are accompanied by a large chrome nameplate and sequential rear turn indicators, making the 2020 Nissan Patrol the first Nissan to have these features.
The new diamond-stitch quilted leather seats with added padding and the new hand-stitched steering wheel provides users with a rich yet comfortable driving experience. The features of climate control and powered lumbar support are also available for the front seats, although optional. The new center console also includes dual displays featuring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto**, ensuring that the customers can always stay connected.
In addition to its existing features and technologies, the new Patrol also comes with Intelligent Emergency Breaking with pedestrian detection, as well as the Intelligent Forward Collision Warning system. The improved cooling and air flow distribution system makes the vehicle an ideal for the hot climates. The significant noise and vibration reduction also provides for a more comfortable and pleasant drive. The vehicle’s All-Mode 4X4 system allows drivers to switch modes to handle different on and off-road conditions with incredible ease.
The all-terrain Patrol power is provided by the strongest V6 and V8 engines, in the segment. The base 4.0 liter V6 produces 275 horsepower and 394 Nm of torque. The 5.6 liter V8 produces 400 horsepower and 560 Nm of torque. Other features of the new model include Intelligent Cruise Control (I-CC), Intelligent Around View Monitor (I-AVM), Intelligent Back-up Intervention (I-BI), Intelligent Blind Spot Intervention (I-BSI), Intelligent Lane Intervention (I-LI), Intelligent Forward Collision Warning (I-FCW), Intelligent Rear View Mirror (I-RVM) and Intelligent Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection (I-EBB W/PD).
