The most documented G£n0c!d£ in the world, and the most ignored one // Some followers unfollowed + sent me hate messages past few weeks because I hadn’t posted anything about the current conflict. I wasn’t pressed about it because I had shared content anyway way before the messages & donated. I anyway wanted to create this video to show you how Instagram is actually moderating content heavily & many creators who’re supporting the current conflict are struggling with engagement as well. It’s such a smart yet nasty move by meta to discourage full-time creators to not post because this platform is also these creators full-time job, and bread and butter. It would not be wise to ask people going to an office not to go to work yea?

Content creators aside, Instagram is also finding private accounts a threat. My friends story icon wasn’t even visible to her followers when she posted stories about genocide. We’re now even unable to share certain stories that speaks FACTS! Ironically, whenever I posted 🇮🇱, or hid it in the story, the views would pick up. Why? Coincidence?

Social media is such a powerful tool, it has enabled government entities to even change laws + stop wars. It’s just shocking on how something so brutal at such a large scale continues to happen and spread, despite so many strikes and massive public support globally. There are so many theories on why this is continuing, most of them are probably true, but is it really worth the lives of 10’s & 1000’s of human beings, especially kids, and pregnant women? What will it really take to stop this? The generational trauma, suicides, crime, diseases, terrorism, and so much more, will only increase… and the western world will look back at these people and go… “why’re they so messed up?!” “Why’s there so much terrorism?”.

Filled with truckloads of emosh today for pulling off something I never thought we could, so seamlessly, so quickly, with maybe 3h of sleep… although my Italy ‘vacation’ was for 2 weeks I don’t remember a single day I did not work, from first 4 days of Host Milano exhibition to then working scopes out with the dream team, Beauty World - only ofc one of the most influential & visited exhibitions in the world… (yup… pressure) 🥹 Team members of xND did have exhibition experience but wasn’t as expansive as this. We trusted our skill, and gut (x100) but now we got the opportunity to put it to an actual test, to lead all the socials, across all platforms, for this phenomenal event 🙏🏼 I don’t remember the last time I’ve ever worked this much and this hard, with so much passion on a project, and I saw that from every single person at @xndigitize (on & off-site). FFWD to today it was one of the most rewarding experiences. We’ve been flattered with so many compliments throughout and it was an absolute honor to work with Messe Frankfurt, to also guide us throughout the way ✨

When you own a startup that is quickly budding (🧿), it’s one thing to promise your team to trust you that the company will reach somewhere with exciting projects, company culture, ethics, and monetary signings etc etc, but it’s a whole other ballgame to actually prove it, and then consistently keep up to it. It’s tough. But the last few months, and next few months we have so many other projects lined up! It’s an honor to not only work on exciting campaigns, but it is truly an honor to find a team who loves and trusts the process. I also respect being told off by them (not all the time 🤪) because I’m not perfect. I always told myself if I’m always better than the team I’m hiring, I’m doing something wrong.

We’re young. We’re smart. We’re trendy. We’re unique, creative, and we’re pretty fn great!

Inculcating a culture that has corporate standards of work & ethics, but a chill work atmosphere, whilst being 100% hands on, is harder than you think, and I think… xNDigitize may have just cracked the secret code 🤘🏽 xNDigitize isn’t me. It’s us. It’s them ♥️ We definitely manifested this.
