“Eclectic eatery constituting of 4 microconcepts – Levantine Cuisine, Grill Bar, Bombay Cafe and a Bakery”

The Collective offers Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner that further highlights 4 Micro-concepts;

1. Levant Emporium – Focuses on local light eats such as Tagine, Tabbouleh and Quinoa Bil Raihan to name a few. However the highlight is the Kaskaval Shawarma! Kaskaval is yellow cheese having the consistency of Raclette cheese; semi-firm, thick and INDULGENT! This Kaskaval is further draped around the cylindrical shawarma machine for warmth. The cheese is then stuffed in a Simit and drizzled with the right amount of honey! I presumed it would be too sweet but it was PERFECT! mmm <3

2. Grill Bar – This western inspired live-grill section serves skewers, crispy soft shell crab, short ribs and tiger prawns grilled upon order. Their highlight is the amazing hamburger – a meaty raclette cheese explosion with Salmon Chipotle and accompanied with spicy fries!

3. Bombay Cafe (N’s #2 Favourite Section) – Focusing on traditional Parsi curries the chefs serve Tandoor oven, signatures include Jardaloo Sali Margi (chicken with apricots) and Patra Ni Machi (fish enveloped in green chutney and steamed in banana leaves). My favourite was the Chicken Berry Pulao and Lamb Keema with Pav!

4. The Bakery – This bakery is every dessertholics dream come true. Treats include Cakes, meringues, tarts and a couple of Arabic sweets. There is even a beverage bar that serves Milkshakes (my FAVOURITE was the Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake), Lassi’s and Labans. My favourite was the NUTELLA TAP! OMG YES! You could be drenching everything in that; even your face. Jk. The sticky date pudding was dry but with extra toffee sauce it was fantastic!!

Note: There aren’t too many vegetarian options.

Opening Hours

Open on all days – the a la carte menu is available at the following times, however food stations will be open throughout;

Breakfast: 06.00 – 11.30
Lunch: 12.30 – 15.30
Dinner: 19.00 – 23.30
Thursday/Friday: Dinner open until 00.00
