Keto Bread by Avantika Shah


What is Keto? The word ‘Keto’ is derived from the very popular ‘The Keto Diet’. The idea of a ketone diet is to get your body into a process called Ketosis where you stop burning carbohydrates as fuel and instead turn to the burning of what are known as ketones. This will occur when you bring your carbohydrate levels to around 50 grams per day or lower.


1. 1&1/2 cup of almond flour
2. 1/4 th scoop of vanilla flavored casein
3. 3 teaspoon of baking powder
4. 3 tbsp butter
5. 6 eggs
6. 1 teaspoon of finely chopped vanilla pod
7. 1/4 th teaspoon of cinnamon


1. Blend all the ingredients
2. Throw in some walnuts flaxseed and sunflower seeds in the mixture
3. Grease the baking dish with butter
4. Pour in the mix and bake it for 30 minutes at 180-200 degrees
