A Brownie a day keeps the frownies away. But if your brownie ain’t any good…?
It’s no surprise that I run to any place that sells decadent desserts. The cakes and pastries at a bakery may be good, but acing a brownie is definitely a challenge! Did you know… I have set my kitchen twice to black fumes trying to create the perfect brownies? ?

The best brownies according to me are moist, semi-soft and chewy enough to be fudgy! How can YOU judge a good fudgy brownie? Look at the center of the brownie – if it has more of a cake texture and less of thick chocolate, it probably won’t be that fudgy (see the below for a better understanding)
